1.1 Hem Sewing Service – CMT – BULK 100m+

BULK order hemming is rounded off to the nearest meter.

DESCRIPTION:

Order your printed FABRIC under bulk fabric printing menu, then ADD the CMT Hem Sewing Service as an extra if you need your fabric to be hemmed.

• Our CMT Hem Sewing Service applies ONLY to hem table cloths, runners, banners (without pole pockets or extras), blankets, towels, etc and NOT for more intricate items like banners with pole pockets, ribbons, scarves with small hems, scatters, clothing, bags, etc.
• PLEASE NOTE that we stock only the following colour threads, if these colours won’t work on your printed colours, please supply your own matching colour threads:
• Black, Charcoal, Light Grey, Beige, Cream & White.
• The type of hems to choose from is a double folded hem or a single fold hem which you can specify in the notes section of your order when checking out.  If you don’t specify, we will do a double hem unless the fabric is too thick to do a double hem.
• Double Folded Hems are normally used in:  Table Cloths, Banners, Summer Blankets, Tea Towels, etc.
• Single Fold Hems are normally used in: Napkins, Runners, Fleece Blankets, Towels, Face Cloths, etc.

HOW TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL HEM QTY:

• The R15/m is NOT per running metre of fabric that you ordered, it’s the total meterage of the 4x sides of your fabric/product added together.
• For example, if your table cloth is 1m x 1.5m then the total meters of the hem is 5m, therefore you will have to make your order quantity 5.
• The above calculations is ONLY applicable to normal double or single hems.
• To qualify for BULK Hemming, the total metres of hemming needed must be 100meters or more.  If it’s less than 100meters, you can order the normal hem sewing service under Fabric Printing menu.
