Lead Times

All fabric and products are custom printed and manufactured at 565 & 557 Rubenstein Drive, Moreletapark, Pretoria.

LEAD TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, if you need a product / printed fabric SOONER below lead times, please email us to check if it’s possible for us to finish your order by a specific date.  ONLY select the RUSH FEE option in your cart upon checkout if we have confirmed that it’s possible to meet your deadline.  When checking out add the due date in ORDER NOTES section under shipping details. 

OPTIONAL EXTRA RUSH FEE:  20% Surcharge on total order amount

  • CUSTOM PRINTED FABRICS:          5 – 7 working days to PRINT (Order due in less than 5 days, 20% Surcharge)
  • CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS:    10 – 15 working days to PRINT and MANUFACTURE. (Order due in less than 10 weekdays, 20% Surcharge)
  • BLANKETS & BANNERS (less than 10 items):    5 – 7 weekdays (Order due in less than 5 weekdays 20% Surcharge)
  • BULK Custom Printed Fabric:            Orders can take between 7-10 working days to print (unless we have stock on hand, then the lead times can be 5-7 working days)  (Order due in less than 7 weekdays, 20% Surcharge)

 

Above surcharges indicated in brackets are only applicable if you select the 20% Rush Fee upon checkout, if you didn’t select the Rush Fee, you will pay the normal price and your order might be finished sooner than the above lead times or it could take up to the maximum amount of days indicated to be finished.  It all depends on stock availability, how busy we are and any unforeseen circumstances like breakages, reprints, etc.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Fabric Printing can take up to 2 days longer (Synthetic Fabrics) / 5 days longer (Natural Fabrics) than our normal lead times above should we unexpectedly run out of stock and we have to wait for new stock to arrive.

Make sure to place your order in time, taking all of the above information into consideration.  Please inform your clients of the above lead times when they place an order with you.

Please note that even if you have selected the RUSH FEE, you have to understand that very rarely there might be unforeseen circumstances that can cause  delays, in which case we will discuss the solution with you directly.

*In very RARE occasions our suppliers can run out of stock causing a 5 – 6 weeks delay on certain fabrics, so it’s always advisable to check stock with us if you are planning to place a large order for a specific date.
