ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP Benefits

NO MINIMUM monthly orders

• Minimum of 1m (running meter) printed fabric per order on SYNTHETIC FABRICS
• Minimum of 2m (running meters) printed fabric per order on NATURAL FABRICS
• No setup fees if your artwork is PRINT READY (Read through our FAQ’s page for artwork requirements, lead times, how to place your order, etc.)
• Membership valid for 365 days from date of subscription
• Wholesale Discount will only be applied to your first order AFTER you have paid for your wholesale membership SEPARATELY in a separate order.
• Do not add your first fabric or products order and Wholesale Membership Subscription together in one order.  FIRST subscribe and pay for your membership (if you choose EFT option, PLEASE SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT PER EMAIL), wait for your order to be processed and your payment applied.  Wholesale prices will then show on all products and fabrics as long as you are logged in to your account with the same email address that you used to subscribe.

DISCOUNTED WHOLESALE PRINTING PRICES:

• Wholesale members receive:
• 30% discount on printing per running meter 1 – 9 meters
• 40% discount on printing orders of 10 meters or more (can be different designs on the 10 meters, but must be the same type of fabric, applies to natural and synthetic fabrics)
• 30% discount on custom printed and manufactured products (Bulk discount on request for 100+ of the same product, no membership needed for Bulk discount)
• Wholesale Membership Discount listed above DOES NOT apply to BULK FABRIC PRINTING Prices, as the BULK discounts has already been applied to the BULK Fabric printing page (*You will note that if you apply above discount percentages on Retail prices under Fabric Printing page, Wholesale Members pay the same as the bulk printing prices but for LOW MINIMUM ORDER quantities, so that Wholesale Members benefit from lower prices without having to order bulk quantities)
• All products and fabrics are listed under their respective categories under “Fabric Printing” menu and “Custom Products” Menu.  Wholesale prices can be calculated by applying the above discounts to Retail prices on website (not to BULK prices)
• Access to selected wholesale products
• Special offers available to wholesale clients only
• Please note that our Wholesale Membership is NON-REFUNDABLE, once you have made payment you are subscribed as a wholesale member for 365 days and you can’t cancel or request a refund.
• SHIPPING
• Wholesale Members have to arrange their own courier to collect from us if unable to collect themselves.
• Courier pricing on website applies to retail priced orders only. 
• Wholesale discount does not include shipping costs, therefore WHOLESALE MEMBERS must always select the “Collect” if you collect in person OR “Arrange Own Courier” option when placing an order. 
• We have increased the wholesale discount percentage on printed fabric from 20% discount to 30% discount on less than 10 meters and from 30% discount to 40% discount on 10 meters or more.
• Therefore we are unable to pay in the extra courier costs to cover wholesale members’ orders to be couriered.  Especially on bigger, heavier parcels which cost much more to ship than our fixed retail priced orders’ courier cost that is automatically charged by our online shop.
• You can also arrange your own PUDO Door to Locker collection for small packages / standard flyers to save on courier costs.  If you arrange a PUDO collection, please send us the LOCK number via email.

CMT SERVICES:

• Access to use our top seamstresses’ services directly for manufacturing or Cut, make & trim services, paying them directly thus saving on costs.
• Visit our CMT Services page for estimated prices & terms of service.

UPDATES ON NEW PRODUCT AND FABRIC LAUNCHES:

• Wholesale mailing list where you will be notified whenever we launch a new product or introduce a new type of fabric, not more than one or two e-mails a month
• We endeavor to continue sourcing new types of fabric to accommodate our wholesale clients’ needs

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY and COPYRIGHT:

• All our clients’ artwork remains their intellectual property and will not be shared or printed for anyone else.
• Confidentiality in regards to your printed fabric and products.
• We do not post any photos of your printed fabric, products or designs on any of our social media platforms without your permission.
• Your artwork remains your intellectual property and will not be printed without your permission.
