All fabric and products in our shop are custom printed and manufactured at 565 Rubenstein Drive, Moreletapark, Pretoria.  

We do not outsource any work, all printing and sewing (CMT) work is done in-house.

BELOW LEAD TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, if you need a product / fabric sooner than our lead times below, please give us a call to see if we can assist you sooner, because most of the time we send out orders in less than the estimated lead times.  But because “life happens” and we cannot foresee unexpected circumstances, we try and cover the “unexpected” by giving longer lead times below:  

Custom Printed SYNTHETIC Fabric orders can take between 5 – 7 working days to print.

Custom Printed NATURAL Fabric orders can take between 5 – 7 working days to print. 

NATURAL Fabrics require a special pre-treatment needed to make printing machine washable, this makes the printing process longer should we run out of stock on a specific type of fabric.

Custom Printed Products can take between 10 – 15 working days to print and manufacture.

BULK Custom Printed Fabric Orders can take between 10 – 20 working days to print (unless we have stock on hand, then the lead times can be significantly shorter, around 7 – 10 working days)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Fabric Printing can take up to 2 days longer (Synthetic Fabrics) / 5 days longer (Natural Fabrics) than our normal lead times above should we unexpectedly run out of stock and we have to wait for new stock to arrive.

In RARE occasions our suppliers can run out of stock causing a 5 – 6 weeks delay on certain fabrics.

Also take reprints into consideration, as sometimes printing flaws occur and we have to reprint your order which can delay your order with a day or two.
Make sure to place your order in time, taking all of the above information into consideration.
Please inform your clients of the above lead times when they place an order with you.

Silly season is already upon us, with our clients preparing for markets, shows, new store openings, summer launches, etc!

PLEASE TAKE note that in order to receive your products on time and to avoid any rush orders (we don’t want to compromise on quality!), make sure to plan and place your next order in time.

Our NEW LEAD TIMES from August until December 2024:

Printing of Fabric: 

5 – 7 Working days for orders of 1 – 10m+

7 – 10 Working days for bulk orders of 30m+

(NATURAL Fabric orders can take up to 15 working days should we run out of stock and have to pre-treat the next batch.  So please do not wait until the last minute to order any natural fabric or custom product that is made with our natural fabric options.)

Printing and Manufacturing of custom products: 

4 – 6 Weeks (This will be mostly for Bulk orders).

For smaller custom product orders we will try and keep to our current 10 – 15 working days lead time (+-3 weeks) (except for products made from Natural Fabrics, should stock run out).

Lead times might increase again as we get closer to Christmas orders in October / November.
