Client supplied PFP fabric – Printing Only – NATURAL FABRICS – BULK 1000m+

* BULK order prices are not subject to WHOLESALE MEMBER discount.

* STANDARD Lead times does not apply to BULK Orders, please confirm current lead time before placing your BULK order.

* MINIMUM order quantities to qualify for BULK prices are specified in the PRODUCT NAME, you can not order less than the indicated amount of metres on each bulk pricing segment.

* BULK orders can only be paid via EFT OPTION and payments must be cleared immediately if you want your order to be processed on the same day, otherwise your order will only be processed once your payment is cleared in our bank account.

* It doesn’t need to be a single design covering the full amount of metres, you can print different designs / panels to make up the minimum order quantity.

* Our 1000m+ BULK pricing is based on 50% or less coverage, please send us your design file/s before placing your order if you are unsure of the coverage percentage of your design/s and we will confirm final pricing on your artwork.

Maximum Printable Width: 1.7m

All natural fabrics comes out OFF WHITE after we heat set the printing to make it machine washable.  Therefore any white background / areas will be OFF WHITE even if the base fabric appears white on photos.

• NEW:  We now print on 100% NATURAL Fabrics including, but not limited to:
• 100% Cotton, Linen, Hemp, Bamboo, Viscose, Muslin, etc.
• Please check our FABRIC PRINTING menu first to see our range of fabric bases that you can choose from, which we already have in stock, before supplying your own fabrics.
• When supplying your own fabric it must be rolled onto a core and make sure that your fabric is not wider than 1.8m wide.
• Client needs to supply us with pre-treated fabric (pre-coated for pigment printing) before we can print on it to ensure that the fabric is machine washable after being printed.

Keep in mind that there might be an approximate wastage of 2m per roll for setup on machine.

Client liable to supply extra fabric at their own expense in case reprints are needed due to printing errors which occur during the printing process.

Lead time for client supplied PFP fabric: 15 – 20 weekdays from date of fabric received at our showroom.

Care Instructions for NATURAL FABRICS:

Machine Washable on a gentle cycle in cold water, Do not wring, Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry, Iron on low on back, Do not iron on print

Upload your artwork in the following format:
300dpi, RGB, JPG

SHRINKAGE:  Most of our NATURAL Fabrics has been PRE-Shunk, so no need to order extra fabric.  However, you may add 1 – 2cm around each panel for a seam allowance.

PRINT READY means that you laid out your artwork on the full printable width of the fabric (W) x the full length (H) of the amount of meters that you are ordering.

If you order more than 5 meters with panels, please send separate layouts of maximum 5 meters long.

If you are ordering a SEAMLESS PATTERN that has to be repeated over more than 5 meters, please send the SEAMLESS tile in the CORRECT SIZE and we will repeat it for you at no extra cost.  It’s the client’s responsibility to make sure that there are no seamlines in your artwork, we will not reprint if you supplied us with files that has seamlines or that wasn’t correctly sized before you sent it to us.

R150 LAYOUT FEE: If you are unsure whether your files are correctly sized and seamless, we can check your files for you and do the layout for you, just add the R150 layout fee per design.
