Yes, our main service provided is CUSTOM PRINTING on Fabric up to 1.7m wide. 

Minimum order on Synthetic Fabrics is only 1 meter.

Minimum order on Natural Fabrics is 2 meters, the setup process of natural fabrics takes more time and more fabric is needed for setup on our printer.

We don’t charge a setup fee if your artwork is print ready (read more below regarding artwork requirements).

We also manufacture selected CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS with your own custom designs printed on.

Fabric prices includes printing, fabric and VAT and prices are charged per RUNNING METER (the full width of the fabric) and NOT per Sqm.

Wholesale Members pay 30% less on fabric printing (1 – 9 Meters), 40% less on fabric printing of 10 meters or more in the same base fabric (can be different designs on the 10 meters+) AND 30% less on custom printed products.  

You don’t need to order bulk quantities to be a Wholesale Member, minimum order quantities are the same for retail and wholesale clients.  Read more on Wholesale Membership page.

WE do BULK FABRIC PRINTING at lower prices, minimum 30 metres, and you don’t need to be registered as a Wholesale Member to qualify for BULK prices.  (Wholesale Membership discounts do not apply to BULK Fabric printing prices, as Bulk discounts has already been applied to Bulk Fabric printing prices.)

CUSTOM PRODUCT prices include printing, fabric and manufacturing.  You don’t need to add the fabric printing prices to the product prices.  Everything is already included.  Contact us via email for BULK pricing on Custom Printed products, BULK prices apply only to orders 100+ per type of product or 50+ clothing pieces per clothing style.

All prices on our website include VAT, yes we are VAT registered.

To ensure that your VAT number shows on your automatically generated invoice when placing your order via our online shop, please add your VAT number in your billing details section.  Your invoice can not be edited after it has been generated by our online shop.

To generate a formal quotation via the website, you add items / metres that you need to cart (type “Quote only” in wetransfer link line and file name).  Check out and choose QUOTATION ONLY instead of EFT or Card payment option.  The website will generate and email your quotation to you.

TIP:  Not sure which fabric out of our 40+ fabric options will be suitable for the product/s that you want to make?  No problem!   Under Fabric Printing menu, click on Fabric Applications (top right), then click and select on the drop down menu (on the left) the product that you intend on making and it will only show the Fabrics that are suitable to use for that specific selected product.  To select the next product, first clear the first one.  Under each fabric type we also have a list of suggested uses that the fabric can be used for to help you, but you are welcome to give us a call if you can’t find the product that you want to make listed under our suggested uses/products.

We print with Eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX® certified Pigment inks on NATURAL Fabric and Eco-Friendly Dye-Sublimation Inks on SYNTHETIC fabrics in-house.

All our printed fabrics are COLOUR fast and MACHINE WASHABLE and will not fade.

Our NATURAL Fabrics are PRE-TREATED which makes it colour fast and prevents it from fading when machine washed.

YES, you may supply your own fabric.
Under the Textile Printing menu choose Printing Only – Client supplied fabric (Polyester OR Natural), where you will find pricing and information on how to supply your own fabric and which fabrics are suitable for printing by us.  Under Natural Supplied you will find either NATURAL PFP or NATURAL, please read more on the difference between the two options by clicking on the product itself.

Print ready artwork must be uploaded via www.wetransfer.com (select option to generate a link that you can copy and paste into your order that you will place via our online shop on www.textileprinters.co.za) 

TIP: To make the ordering process easier and quicker for you, you may upload ALL your files for your order in one folder on Wetransfer.com and paste that one link on all the different products / fabrics in your order, instead of having to generate unique links for every single product or fabric ordered.  Just make sure that each file name corresponds with the product / type of fabric that you will be ordering.  

If the artwork/layout needs to be repeated to make up the full amount of meters ordered of a specific type of fabric, include the instructions in your file name.  For example, if you order 6m Cotton Hopsack, but your file is only 2m long, make your file name:  “2m Cotton Hopsack (3x Repeats)” 

Send artwork in the following format:
150dpi, RGB, JPG on layout of maximum printable width of the fabric you have selected and maximum lengths of between 3m or 5m per design.

We prefer 150dpi for runs of more than 1m if you send JPG files, otherwise the file size becomes a problem, 150dpi and 300dpi printing quality is the same when printed on fabric on fabric, you won’t notice a difference in the printing quality.

Should you wish to print longer lengths of one design, send us the seamless tile (artwork for seamless tile MUST BE 300dpi, JPG, RGB) and we will repeat it at no extra cost for longer than 5m lengths. You won’t have to pay layout fee for more than 5m lengths of one design.  Make sure that your tile is seamless and that there are no visible seamlines when repeated.  We will repeat and print your tile and not be able to edit out seamlines, unless you select the R150 layout fee.

CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS will show the PRINT READY artwork requirements in each individual product at the bottom.  The panel sizes will be displayed and also the finished layout size that your panels must fit into.  Some products will state that you need to REQUEST PRINTING TEMPLATE, in which case you will email us requesting that product’s template.  In the case of clothing you will need to specify which size/s you want to order.

Photos from the Internet, Google, Whatsapp, Facebook and Pinterest print approximately only 10 – 15cm in size which is too small and when it is resized it pixelates.
Photos taken by a mobile phone must be E-MAILED / uploaded from the phone that you took the photos with, a photo that you received via whatsapp will no longer be high enough quality to print.

Before placing your order upload your artwork via www.wetransfer.com (you can upload a folder with ALL your artworks in for that specific order).

After you uploaded your artwork on www.wetransfer.com click on the three blue dots next to the word “Transfer” in order to change it to “Get a transfer link”.

Once you have uploaded your artwork, copy the link and paste the link in your order on www.textileprinters.co.za (under Fabric printing menu or Printed Products menu, depending on what you want to order).

In the product or fabric that you have chosen, select your “Artwork” option, a block will then become visible where you can paste your “Artwork Link”.

Enter the FILE NAME that corresponds with the fabric or product that your are ordering.  Make sure that your file name includes the type of fabric or product being ordered and the amount of meters in the case of fabric, this will assist us to match up the correct artwork with the correct fabric / product ordered (especially when you have all your artwork in one folder / wetransfer link).

Give us a call if you need assistance while placing your order.

NO SETUP FEES are charged if your artwork is “Print ready” – in other words, it’s already laid out (or repeated) on the width of the fabric and the length of the fabric that you need.  *We don’t check artwork if you selected the PRINT READY option, we print it the way you sent it, so please make sure that your artwork is 100% correct.

HOWEVER if it’s your first time placing an order with us, you can add a NOTE to your order when checking out, requesting that Charlotte check if you uploaded your artwork/layout correctly.

Minimum order on fabric is 1m in Synthetic Fabrics and 2m in Natural Fabrics.

You may order in increments of 1.1m, 1.2m, 1.3, etc.  You don’t need to order full metres like 1m, 2m, 3m, etc.  If your artwork is for example 1.07m, you have to round it off and select 1.1m when placing your order.

For certain custom products you will need a template to do your own layout, please e-mail us to request a template on the product that you need printed (only if the product states that you need to request template), all other products will indicate the panel and layout sizes for you to work with.

LAYOUT FEE R150 – Seamless Patterns ONLY:
Client supplies high resolution seamless tile in the correct size, we only repeat tiles on a layout ready for printing, we do not resize tiles. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you order 5m+ with a seamless tile then you may select the PRINT READY option and send us the SEAMLESS tile in the correct size for us to repeat for you at no extra cost as  layouts/files longer than 5m are sometimes too big to rip for printing.  Make sure that your tile is SEAMLESS (300DPI RGB JPG), we won’t accept responsibility for any seamlines.  If you need us to check for and remove seamlines, please select R150 layout fee.

DESIGN SERVICES:
We no longer offer in-house design services or setting up of artwork.

Please note that clients are liable for their own fabric and color tests BEFORE placing their full order with us:

If it’s your first time printing with Dunamis Textile Printers, or the first time printing a new design or a new type of fabric we strongly advise that you order a colour sample to test colours/designs BEFORE placing your full order.  Dunamis Textiles will not be held liable for reprints or refunds should clients decide to proceed to place an order without ordering sampling first.  Sampling will not be reprinted at our cost should a client not be happy with their sampling, as sampling serves as a test before placing a full order.  After adjusting designs, clients will have to place another sampling order to test their designs before placing their full order.

Minimum order is 1m of printed fabric (Synthetic fabrics), therefore clients can print a 1m sample with blocks placed on a layout with their different designs / colours to test the printing colours. (Minimum 2m sampling on Natural Fabrics)

Disclaimer:  It’s every client’s responsibility to tweak their own design colours until they are happy with the results, as colours can differ from one screen/display to the next and this can be very misleading when it comes to printing.  Solid colours are printed at own risk on both natural and synthetics, we don’t recommend printing solid colours on natural fabrics due to colour banding that occurs frequently.

Natural and Synthetic fabric colours may print differently as the type of inks and type of printing is different.

If you are looking for a bright / more vibrant colour, especially on Natural fabrics or Recycled Felt, we advise that you adjust your design to make it more vibrant / higher contrast for best results.  Or ask Charlotte to apply the 20/80 setting on your artwork to make it more vibrant.

We will not be held liable for colour variations that might occur with textile printing.

We have a fixed colour profile and can’t adjust our printing colours for every client’s printing, the client needs to adjust their colours and do test runs until the colours print correctly according to their requirements before placing their order. (should you require an exact colour match)

Different batches of fabric bases might also differ slightly in colour / texture.  Especially Linen Texture and some natural colour base fabrics which are not always exactly the same colour every time we receive a new batch.  This is unfortunately out of our control and depends on stock availability from our suppliers.

NEW FABRIC FEATURE:  If you are unsure of which type of fabric will work best for the type of product that you intend on using it for, you can visit our Fabric printing menu and click on the FABRIC APPLICATION button (top right), then on the left hand side of your screen you can click on a product and it will only show you all the different fabrics that are suitable for that specific kind of product.  To do a new search, just clear the filter and select a new product.

To view our fabrics / products in person, you can either visit our showroom by clicking on Make Appointment block on our Contact Us page or you can order Sample Swatches or a Sample Book from our Textile Printing menu.

If you just want to pop by and you don’t need a consultation, but just have a quick look at our products and fabrics without any assistance, you can just pop by our showroom on Weekdays anytime between 9am – 4pm and Saturdays between 9am – 12pm without making an appointment.

Hem Sewing Services – CMT

This service can be added to your printed fabric order.  

(This is only applicable when you can’t find an EXISTING PRODUCT under our PRINTED PRODUCTS menu that matches your size / fabric requirements, because ALL our printed products already includes hemming.  Sometimes you need to order a product in a different size / type of fabric than our standard listed products in which case you can add Hemming service to your printed fabric order).

Take note of the instructions on how to calculate the length of your hems as the hemming price is NOT calculated per running meter and you have to adjust the product quantity at the bottom of the hemming service to the total amount of hemming meters needed for all your hems.

Yes we courier countrywide in South Africa only.  If you are outside of South Africa you will need to arrange your own courier to collect from us.

Our Wholesale Members get exclusive access to our top seamstresses who can assist you to develop and manufacture your own unique products.

1. Choose your fabric from FABRIC PRINTING MENU, change QTY to total amount of metres needed. (Prices include fabric, printing and VAT per running meter)

You can place any size banners, menus, etc. on the width x length of your fabric layout with cutting lines around each panel so that you will know where to cut out each panel after it’s printed.

2. Select “R150 Layout” fee if you need us to design a print ready layout for you OR choose “Print Ready” if you have already placed your artwork on print ready layout (Total width x length of fabric, 150dpi, JPG, RGB format)
3. Upload your artwork via wetransfer.com (if applicable) and paste the link in your order, otherwise you can type “see notes” if you only need wording on your fabric.
4. Enter your file name or “see notes” if you didn’t upload artwork link and only need wording on your fabric.
5. Check out and enter instructions for layout in NOTES section of your order.
6. Make payment and send us proof of payment.
7. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. (Lead times 5-7 weekdays)

***Should you need us to hem your fabric, add hem sewing service under Fabric printing menu before checking out.  We don’t rip and unravel fabric menus or name tags, we only cut and hem banners, etc.
