Custom Printed 100% Cotton Chunky Knit Throw
- Our Chunky Cotton Knit fabric is woven from a medium weight cotton that can be used as a baby blanket or bed throw that contains lots of small holes, or cells. These holes are essential for maintaining airflow and helping to keep baby at the right temperature unlike tightly woven thick baby blankets which may cause overheating.
- Please note that due to the texture of this fabric only bold / large patterns will work, and because it’s difficult to get the grain / weave of the fabric straight, your design should not have words or lines or blocks in. A busy bold floral pattern will work best. Colours also come out lighter / softer than it appears on your screen and not as vibrant, so it’s best to make your colours darker or more vibrant as light colours might disappear or look washed out.
- Colour fast, machine washable
- SHRINKAGE: Most of our NATURAL Fabrics has been PRE-Shunk, but the Chunky Cotton Knit shrinks a further 5-10% after being printed (which means if you order a throw of 1.7m wide x 2m long the finished size will be smaller than the print size). It doesn’t shrink on the width, so the width of the fabric will remain +-1.65m after being hemmed.

- Make sure to include 1mm white cutting lines around each panel for designs with a colour / dark background and 1mm black cutting lines for designs with light or white background

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Fabric Printing can take 1 – 2 days longer should we unexpectedly run out of stock and we have to wait for new stock to arrive.
Also take reprints into consideration, as sometimes printing flaws occur and we have to reprint your order which can delay your order with a day or two.
Make sure to place your order in time, taking all of the above information into consideration.
Please inform your clients of the above lead times when they place an order with you.
Bulk orders of 50m+ can be placed via e-mail to qualify for further discount.
Please note that clients are liable for their own fabric and color tests before bulk printing, color variation may occur in different batches and on different types of fabric.
Colors viewed on computer screen / mobile device may differ from color printed as screen resolution and other factors like humidity may affect printed colors. We will not be held liable for color variations that might occur with textile printing.
When printing client supplied artwork, it is the client’s responsibility to provide high quality images. We will not accept responsibility for client’s images that pixelate because of poor quality artwork or photo quality. Clients needs to supply print ready high resolution images.
