Client supplied PFP fabric – COATED NATURAL FABRICS, 2m+

Maximum Printable Width: 1.7m

• When supplying your own fabric it must be rolled onto a core and WRINKLE FREE.
• Please make sure that your fabric is not wider than 1.8m wide.
• We print a minimum order of 2 meters on client supplied NATURAL fabric bases that are PFP (PREPARED FOR PRINTING).
• Client needs to supply us with pre-treated fabric (pre-coated for pigment printing) before we can print on it to ensure that the fabric is machine washable after being printed, unless you need the fabric for wedding banners / uses that are one off and won’t be washed afterwards.  If you supply fabric that is not PFP and it has wrinkles or folds in, it will cause problems on the printer (smudges, ink drop outs, media jam, etc.)
• Do not supply us with folded fabrics, all fabrics have to be supplied on a roll/core.
• If you don’t have PFP fabric you are welcome to order one of our natural fabric options under fabric printing menu.

• Please supply at least 50cm – 1m extra fabric for setup on machine, any extra fabric will be returned to client.
• Client liable to supply extra fabric at their own expense in case reprints are needed due to printing errors or flaws in fabric, etc.
• Client supplied fabric will not be reprinted at our expense in case of shrinkage, ghosting or any unforeseen printing problems.
• Clients print at their own risk when supplying their own fabrics.  No reprints will be done if clients are unhappy with the results.  We have a wide variety of TRIED AND TESTED fabrics available to choose from on our website if you are not entirely happy with the results of your own supplied fabrics.  Not all natural fabrics are suitable to print on.

Lead time for client supplied PFP fabric: 5-7 weekdays from date of fabric received at our showroom.

Care Instructions for NATURAL FABRICS:

Machine Washable on a gentle cycle in cold water, Do not wring, Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry, Iron on low on back, Do not iron on print.

If you have not supplied PFP fabric, it will wash out or fade.

Upload your artwork in the following format:
150dpi, RGB, JPG

PRINT READY means that you laid out your artwork on the full printable width of the fabric (W) x the full length (H) of the amount of meters that you are ordering. (maxiumum 5m lengths)

If you order more than 5 meters with panels, please send separate layouts of maximum 5 meters long.

If you are ordering a SEAMLESS PATTERN that has to be repeated over more than 5 meters, please send the SEAMLESS tile in the CORRECT SIZE and we will repeat it for you at no extra cost.  It’s the client’s responsibility to make sure that there are no seamlines in your artwork, we will not reprint if you supplied us with files that has seamlines or that wasn’t correctly sized before you sent it to us.

R150 LAYOUT FEE: If you are unsure whether your files are correctly sized and seamless, we can check your files for you and do the layout for you, just add the R150 layout fee per design.
