All natural fabrics comes out OFF WHITE after we heat set the printing to make it machine washable. Therefore any white background / areas will be OFF WHITE even if the base fabric appears white on photos.

Composition: 100% Cotton
Cotton Percale sheets are made from cotton, which is lightweight, airy and breathable. Even if it is tightly woven, it does not trap heat. Cotton Percale is great to use in warm climates and its popular for it’s breathability with a matte appearance and crisp feel.
PLEASE NOTE: Once washed the Cotton Percale has a stone washed look, it’s not as vibrant as our Cotton Sheeting and has some fine folds/lines across the fabric. This is less visible on busy prints or textured backgrounds. We wouldn’t advise printing solid single colour backgrounds/images onto Cotton Percale. If you prefer a smoother, more crisp and vibrant look you can order the Cotton Sheeting instead.

SHRINKAGE: Most of our NATURAL Fabrics has been PRE-Shunk, so no need to order extra fabric. However, you may add 1 – 2cm around each panel for a seam allowance.
PRINT READY means that you laid out your artwork on the full printable width of the fabric (W) x the full length (H) of the amount of meters that you are ordering.
If you order more than 5 meters with panels, please send separate layouts of maximum 5 meters long.
If you are ordering a SEAMLESS PATTERN that has to be repeated over more than 5 meters, please send the SEAMLESS tile in the CORRECT SIZE and we will repeat it for you at no extra cost. It’s the client’s responsibility to make sure that there are no seamlines in your artwork, we will not reprint if you supplied us with files that has seamlines or that wasn’t correctly sized before you sent it to us.
R150 LAYOUT FEE: If you are unsure whether your files are correctly sized and seamless, we can check your files for you and do the layout for you, just add the R150 layout fee per design.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Fabric Printing can take 1 – 2 days longer should we unexpectedly run out of stock and we have to wait for new stock to arrive.
Also take reprints into consideration, as sometimes printing flaws occur and we have to reprint your order which can delay your order with a day or two.
Make sure to place your order in time, taking all of the above information into consideration.
Please inform your clients of the above lead times when they place an order with you.
Bulk orders of 50m+ can be placed via e-mail to qualify for further discount.
Please note that clients are liable for their own fabric and color tests before bulk printing, color variation may occur in different batches and on different types of fabric.
Colors viewed on computer screen / mobile device may differ from color printed as screen resolution and other factors like humidity may affect printed colors. We will not be held liable for color variations that might occur with textile printing.
When printing client supplied artwork, it is the client’s responsibility to provide high quality images. We will not accept responsibility for client’s images that pixelate because of poor quality artwork or photo quality. Clients needs to supply print ready high resolution images.
