We offer Wholesale Members the opportunity to make use of our top seamstresses’ sewing (CMT) services directly without having to order through Dunamis Textiles based on the following terms of service:

• CMT Prices will be negotiated directly with Pauline.  You will make payment to her directly either via EFT or cash.
• When placing your fabric order via our website, please state clearly in the NOTES section of your order that your fabric must go to PAULINE for sewing.  Order Notes block is located on the check out page below address details.  Our dispatch won’t know that your fabric needs to go to Pauline without the note on your order, in which case your fabric will be dispatched without being sewn first.  To return the fabric to Pauline will be at your own expense if there wasn’t a note on your order.
• You’ll work and communicate directly with Pauline regarding what you need sewn, she will give you an estimated delivery date.
• Any returns or amendments will be discussed directly with Pauline. Dunamis Textiles will not take responsibility for any refunds, reprints or misunderstandings between the client and Pauline.  We will ensure that the printed fabric supplied to Pauline for your items are without printing flaws.
• You will only be able to use the seamstresses’ services for fabric printed by Dunamis Textiles and only if you are an existing wholesale member.
• You will only be able to use the seamstresses’ services for products that we do not already make / offer on our custom products page.
• However, you may ask Pauline to make the same products as listed on our products page if you need it in a different size, shape or in a different type of fabric than what we are currently offering on our products page.
• You will have to supply Pauline with your own clothing / sewing patterns, finishings and trims.  For example zips, binding, lining, fabric for backs for scatters, etc.
• Dunamis Textiles reserves the right to add any new products/styles to our current product offering even if it is in some cases similar to products/styles that Pauline are making for you or products/styles that already exist on the market. 
• This excludes products/styles that are uniquely part of your brand and one of a kind developed by you. Dunamis Textiles will NEVER copy or draw inspiration from our clients’ sewing patterns to use in our own products, but we do have our own ranges and new products that we develop and add on a regular basis and we cannot guarantee that it won’t be similar styles to your products.  Dunamis doesn’t see or handle the patterns that you supply directly to Pauline, so if we do launch a similar style/product it will be purely coincidental.  Patterns supplied by clients to Pauline for CMT services remains their confidential intellectual property.
• We NEVER print our clients’ artwork/designs for anyone else, it remains your intellectual property.
  99% of the time we delete your artwork from our drives as soon as it has been printed, the only exception is where clients request that we keep their artwork on file because they print the same images / collections on a regular basis.
• We endeavor to offer a more affordable one-stop in house service to our wholesale clients for products that we do not currently offer that is why we are offering wholesale clients direct access to our seamstresses, but Dunamis Textiles will not accept any responsibility for any private sewing services rendered by our seamstresses.

Prices are only an estimate and final costing will be quoted by Pauline.  Below prices are only for sampling, bulk prices may be less depending on your quantities.  Clothing CMT prices will be quoted by Pauline.
