We offer Wholesale Members the opportunity to make use of our two top seamstresses’ sewing services directly without having to order through Dunamis Textiles based on the following terms of service:
- Prices will be negotiated directly with the head seamstress, Pauline and you will make payment in advance to her directly either via EFT or cash.
- When placing your fabric order state clearly in the NOTES section of your order, when checking out, that your fabric must go to PAULINE, otherwise your fabric will be dispatched without being sewn first and you will have to return the fabric to us at your own expense.
- You will work directly with Pauline regarding what you need sewn, she will then give you an estimated delivery date.
Dunamis Textiles’ orders will get priority and the seamstresses will only work on your private orders after hours and over weekends. - Any returns or amendments will be discussed with Pauline. Dunamis Textiles will not take responsibility for any refunds or reprints or misunderstandings.
- You will only be able to use the seamstresses’ services for fabric printed by Dunamis Textiles and only if you are an existing wholesale member.
- You will only be able to use the seamstresses’ services for products that we do not already make / offer on our products price list or custom products page.
- You can use Pauline to make the same products as listed on our products page, but only if you need it in a different size or shape or in a different type of fabric than what we are currently offering on our products page.
- You will have to supply any patterns, finishings and trims. For example zips, binding, plain lining, plain fabric for backs for scatters, etc.
- If you are uncertain as to which products you are not able to order directly from Pauline, you can just check with Petri van Niekerk first.
- Dunamis Textiles reserves the right to add any new products to our current product offering even if it is similar to products that Pauline are making for you or products that already exist on the market.
This excludes products that are uniquely part of your brand and one of a kind developed by you. - We will not copy our clients sewing patterns to use in our own products, but we do have our own ranges and new products that we develop and add on a regular basis and we cannot guarantee that it won’t be similar to your products.
Especially on general products like clothing, décor items and any other existing products on the market. - We also NEVER print our clients’ artwork, it remains your intellectual property.
99% of the time we delete your artwork from our drives as soon as it has been printed, the only exception is where clients request that we keep their artwork on file because they print the same images / collections on a regular basis. - We endeavour to offer a more affordable one-stop in house service to our wholesale clients for products that we do not currently offer that is why we are offering wholesale clients direct access to our seamstresses, but Dunamis Textiles will not accept any responsibility for any private sewing services rendered by our seamstresses.
Prices are only an estimate and final costing will be quoted by Pauline.
